What level of skier are the lessons suitable for?

We offer lessons for every level - from absolute beginners taking their first turns to advanced skiers training for instructor qualifications. Each lesson is tailored to your goals, pace, and ability. Our instructors assess your level at the start and adapt the session as needed, so you always feel challenged but comfortable.

What’s the difference between private and group lessons?

Private lessons are one-on-one or small group sessions with a fully dedicated instructor, offering personalised coaching and flexible pacing. They’re ideal for quicker progression and tailored feedback. Group lessons are great for learning alongside others at a similar level. They're sociable, structured, and more affordable - perfect for families, friends, or solo skiers looking to meet others.

How do I know which resort to book - Morzine or Verbier?

Both resorts offer excellent terrain and high-quality instruction. Morzine is great for families and more relaxed skiing, while Verbier has steeper terrain and is ideal for advanced skiers or those looking for a challenge. Not sure which to choose? Get in touch and we’ll help you pick the resort that best fits your ability, goals, and preferred atmosphere.

Can I request a specific instructor?

Yes - if you’ve skied with us before or have someone in mind, you can request an instructor when booking. While we can’t guarantee availability, we’ll always do our best to accommodate your preference. All of our instructors are fully qualified and committed to making your experience fun, safe, and rewarding.

What should I bring to my lesson?

You’ll need ski equipment (skis, boots, poles, helmet), a valid lift pass, and appropriate ski clothing. If you’re unsure about gear, we’re happy to recommend local rental shops in both Morzine and Verbier. For off-piste and instructor training lessons, safety gear may be required — we’ll let you know what’s needed in advance.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the lesson start time may not be refundable. In the case of illness or exceptional circumstances, we’ll always try to be flexible — just get in touch with our team as soon as possible.
